Alec Peters: «It’s going to be a rough game»
Olympiacos will try to end Fenerbahce’s winning streak (3 back-to-back winning games) tomorrow in Istanbul (02/11).
“I wouldn’t say we have a rivalry” the Olympiacos’ forward, Alec Peters commented, following a relevant question. “Fener played rough against us last season and we expect nothing less this time around. It’s going to be a physical game, in a great atmosphere and we are going to have to try and play better than how we did in our previous game”.
On whether he can explain the low scoring by Olympiacos in recent games, he replied: “There are many reasons this has happened. But we have no excuses. We still haven’t found rhythm, we have had some good moments and great games, but also some bad ones. This is part of a new season. Dome guys have returned, and I think that we are gradually going to be finding rhythm. We are going to be able and show what we are capable of. We have shown a few specs of that and if we start doing this consistently, all of the questioning will disappear”.
