McKissic: "Everyone should wear red"!

Shaquiell McKissic urged the Olympiacos’ fans, who will be packing the SEF tomorrow (20/01, 19:00 CET) for the game vs Real Madrid (the game has sold out before days), to dress in red!

“First of all, we must follow the plan”, the American forward commented and continued: “But it also depends on the crowd. We hope that all our fans will be wearing red tomorrow, so that we send a message. It’s a big game. Real is a very good team. I think that the best approach is take it one quarter at a time, one possession at a time”.

Asked whether his amazing performance in the winning game against Virtus is a promise for the future, the replied: “I feel good in every game. Some games go better than others. That’s basketball. I don’t have set expectations in terms of scoring or coming out on the floor and make the game about me. The only thing I want is to win”.

Finally, on whether Olympiacos should be playing better in defense or offence, he said: “I hope we are going to be doing both. I really don’t know what to expect, but I hope we are going to be coping with whatever comes up. Real is a very good team, they have experienced players, however, I solidly believe in what we have. And that gives us confidence”.
