A win in the first friendly game

Olympiacos beat PAOK 103-76 in friendly game that was held today (30/08) at Metsovo.

This was the first friendly game in view of the new season and our team got to lead even by 29p. (99-70). As for the first ‘red’ bucket, it was scored by Nigel Williams – Goss.

Coach David Blatt did not use Janis Timma. The Latvian forward experienced discomfort with his abductor muscles on Tuesday and despite making part of practice on Wednesday (29/08), it was decided that he wouldn’t be playing for precaution reasons.
