bwin's volunteers and Olympiacos took up the role of Santa Claus for the SOS Children's Villages!
The volunteers' team of bwin and Olympiacos BC 'warmed up' the children's Christmas in the SOS Children's Villages with a unique visit from Santa.
The volunteer's bwin team continues setting its path towards contributing to society and has already supported people in need through many different actions this Christmas.
With small or grand actions of love, bwin aims to return to society the trust it receives. The awarded betting brand has united its forces with Olympiacos BC (in the capacity of the Club's Mega Sponsor) this Christmas and the visit to the SOS Children's Village is going to be unforgettable.
Five players of the Piraeus team, Canaan, Peters, Goss, Fall and Lountzis, dressed up as Santas and surprised the 60 kids of the Centre for the Support of Kids & Families of the SOS Children's Villages of Piraeus. Their presence filled the kids with joy, since they got to see up-close athletes they admire and celebrate. Their gift sacks were full of presents the kids had asked for and this Santa Claus visit is definitely one to always keep in their memories.
The bwin volunteer's team together with Olympiacos BC sent their own message of love and the hugs they received from the kids was the best reward ever. Smiles were abundant, and the joy was palpable since they had the chance to get photographed with their favorite athletes, get autographs and talk with them. It was a wonderful experience for the agile bwin team as well as for the 'red & whites' who had the chance to escape the difficult competitions they partake even for a while.
