Covid-19 continues impeding with our every day lives, however, ONE TEAM is determined to overcome the obstacles once again!

The scheduled practice at the SEF, with the presence of the Olympiacos’ ambassadors at the Euroleague social responsibility program, Kostas Papanikolaou and Sasha Vezenkov could not be held due to the prevailing special circumstances.

However, the program’s coaches and volunteers found a solution so as the lesson would not be missed! Specifically, instead of the students of the Special Piraeus Schools to visit the SEF, they were the ones to visit our athletes’ facilities, nevertheless abiding by all security measures and hence has an interesting, fun and above all else, educational meeting.

The main focus of the practice session was – what else? – personal responsibility during a pandemic. So, through specifically designed exercises and games prepared by our coaches, the students were able to realize the importance of keeping distances and limit ourselves within the safety of our won home, not only to safeguard our own health and that of our loved ones, but also to avoid transmitting the virus.

ΟΝΕ Team did not renew their appointment, at least not for the immediate future, since new constraining measures apply since Tuesday (3/11). One thing’s for certain though, lessons will at some point continue, even remotely, just like during the March lockdown.
