Hackett: «We have prepared well»

Olympiacos hosts Real Madris onFriday (25/3, 20.45 CET) for the 12th day of the Euroleague TOP-16 and Daniel Hackett and Nikola Milutinov talked about the game against the Madrilènes.

"There are three games left for the TOP-16. We are facing Real Madrid. They are the European Champions and this says a lot about the level of the game. We have made the right preparation and expect a good game. Rosters have changed. We remain focused on our game plan. If we use our defense the right way, then I believe we can create problems for Real Madrid. Real is not just a good team. They are a perfect team. However, like I said before, we need to trust our team and our game plan. We have to stay together. We expect a tough battle" Daniel Hackett had to say.

In regard to the sold out since Monday, the Italian guard pointed out "we have been gaining boost from our fans lately. We need to stay together. We know that our fans always have our backs. We need to fight for them as well. They are going to see a very good game".

On his part, Nikola Milutinov stressed that "we need to win every game till the end of the TOP-16. I hope we are going to make a very good performance against Real Madrid. First of all, we need to play good defense, stay focused and aggressive throughout the game".

Asked on whether Olympiacos has in mind to cover for the first game defeat margin, the Serbian center replied that "we are not looking at the difference. We need to win the game and do the best we can on all 40'. We put ourselves in this predicament and we need to find the way to overcome pressure. I believe we can do it".
