Emotions and excitement were abundant during the ALL CEO GAME, organized by Marine Tours, an Olympiacos BC sponsor and in co-operation with the ‘reds’ in aid to the kids supported by ‘FLAME”
In the morning of Sunday, March 20, 2016, at the Peace and Friendship Stadium, the jump-ball for the charity ALL CEO game, took place, aiming to come to the aid of the “FLAME” Parents Association with Kids facing Neoplasmatic disease The game took place with the support of Aeroflot and in co-operation with the CEO Club.
The players, all senior executives of the business world, gave their best, so as to offer a good show and most importantly, to score as much as possible, since the larger the combined total score would be the larger the contribution of Marine Tours to the “FLAME” association would be. The winner of the exciting game that was decided with a buzzer beater (51-50), was the Shooters who were playing against the dunkers.
Giorgos Angelopoulos was participating the Shooters who majorly contributed to his team’s victory with his dynamic and team play, against the team of his brother, Panagiotis Angelopoulos, who was the top scorer of the game (17 points with four threes) and did everything towards victory!
The two teams were coaches by Giorgos Printezis – Vangelis Mantzaris (Shooters) and Vassilis Spanoulis – Kostas Papanikolaou (Dunkers) who gave a coach recital under the vigilant watch of our team’s head coach Giannis Sfairopoulos!
Friends and associates of Marine Tours watched the game, as well as members of the CEO CLUB, also in support of “FLAME’ since for each extra spectator the total amount Marine tours was going to allocate would be increased.
The total amount generated was 3,000€ and the check was delivered by the Marine Tours Vice President and CEO Mr. Konstantinos Ekonomou, to the President of “FLAME”, Ms. Tryfonidou. It’s also worth taking into account that with this amount, “FLAME” will be able to acquire a platform for the digital analysis of medical imaging, for the Oncology department of the Saint Sofia Children’s Hospital , which will enable a more accurate diagnosis and a more successful treatment of the disease.
